Luebbert Engineering is a woman-owned general civil engineering consulting firm formed as a sole proprietorship in October 2010 by Christina Luebbert, P.E., LEED AP.

Ms. Luebbert’s expertise in stormwater and floodplain management and extensive experience in land development allows clients in both the public and private sectors to address the requirements of the increasingly challenging regulatory environment.
